All ThinSlim Foods bread loaves, whole bagels and pizza crusts stay ready in sealed packages without added preservatives, so they need no fridge or freezer space before opening. We flush each package with 100% carbon dioxide (CO₂), then seal it in a special barrier film to slow spoilage. This is called modified atmosphere packaging (MAP). The labeled unopened shelf life is one year from production; the printed package date shows the time remaining. Once opened, refrigerate for up to two weeks or freeze. Confirm the date and storage statement for each item you stock.
