On ThinSlim Foods labels, net carbs are total carbohydrates minus fiber, and the footnote on each package says so. Where an item uses a sugar alcohol or allulose, the package footnote states what is subtracted. Pantry brands print their own method on their own labels. If you count differently, the full panel on the package has the total carbohydrate, fiber and sugar alcohol lines.

It varies by item. ThinSlim Foods desserts use allulose, erythritol or stevia depending on the recipe; the Xtreme line uses allulose. The ingredient list on each product page and package names the sweetener for that exact item.

Most low-carb and low-calorie bakery products use maltitol because it is cheap and easy to work with, and it carries the warning about a laxative effect. We use allulose, erythritol or stevia instead. More about our ingredients.

Every product page prints the serving next to the figures, for example 1 slice (28g) or 1 muffin (2oz), and the number of servings in the package. Compare one serving with one serving; a pita and a slice are different weights.

Each figure is for one serving, as printed on the label. Net carbs is the number low-carb and keto shoppers use. Calories and protein matter most when you eat smaller meals. Serving sizes vary by product, so compare one serving with one serving.

Many of our customers are. ThinSlim Foods is food, not a treatment, and we make no claims about any medication. What we can tell you is printed on the label: one slice of Zero Net Carb Bread is 45 calories with 0g net carbs and 7g protein, and two slices carry 14g protein and 14g fiber. Small portions with the figures in view are easy to plan around. Talk to your care team about your eating plan.

We flush each package with 100% carbon dioxide (CO₂), then seal it in a special barrier film. The gas, film and seal slow spoilage. This is called modified atmosphere packaging (MAP).

The labeled unopened shelf life is one year from production. Check each printed package date for the time remaining, and use or freeze by that date. Once opened, refrigerate for up to two weeks or freeze. In a multipack, open one package at a time and keep the rest sealed. Other products can have different directions; follow their own labels. Standard orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Time usually ship the same day. Eligible express orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time usually ship the same day when that service is offered and selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and warehouse closures; earlier cutoffs may apply on shortened shipping days. Orders placed at or after the cutoff for their selected service typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
