Natasha began to steadily gain weight after she entered puberty. Her weight was constantly fluctuating by the time she entered her 20’s. In March of 2015, she started a low carb diet. Since she started this lifestyle change she has lost 60 pounds. She has received other benefits besides the weight loss including more energy and confidence. Natasha stated that her friends and family, except her husband, were not very supportive of her lifestyle change. She wishes she would have known about a low carb/paleo diet when she was younger.
