Loaded Cauliflower Salad

Potato salad is a classic dish, but there is another healthy way with less starch. Replacing the potatoes for cauliflower is a great twist to the recipe. Also, most potato salads use sugar. This particular recipe will use a sugar substitute. The ingredients people will need are cauliflower, hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, bacon bits, white and green onions, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and the sugar substitute. Mix all this together and people now have a light refreshing dish.
