Currant Meyer Lemon Scones

A paleo diet friendly egg-free treat with lots of protein, fiber, copper, manganese and potassium is current Meyer lemon scones. This recipe includes organic blanched almond, coconut and arrowroot flours. This is a tart and sweet treat. It includes Lakanto Golden sweetener, ghee (which is a butterfat from grass-fed cows), coconut yogurt, collagen powder, currants, blueberries, cranberries or chocolate chopped into chunks. A Meyer lemon, is a citrus fruit native to China which is thought to be a cross between a true lemon and either a mandarin or a common orange.
