Ask them what they’ve been doing – Many people approach weight loss differently, and learning tips from those that have been there can often give you new ideas and approaches to try.

Know that if they can do it, you can too – Instead of being upset that someone else seems to be able to accomplish their goals, while yours seem impossible, change your perspective. If someone you know has always been battling to lose weight, and finally achieves success, that means you can too!
