Magical Frozen Fudge Pops

This is a low carb recipe in which people can eat a creamy dessert and still adhere to their dietary goals. There is an easy prep time of 10 minutes and the list of ingredients is not overwhelming either. The frozen pops are not packed full of sugar like the traditional ice cream pops, they are full of more rich ingredients like coconut cream and egg yolks. The ingredients are combined and reduced, then frozen to produce the creamy ice pops.
