Low-Carb Mini Chicken Pot Pies

Low carb chicken pot pies are simple to make and healthier than traditional chicken pot pies. When making these little pies, people can choose to use frozen vegetables and rotisserie chicken to simplify the process even further. The crust is simply eggs, coconut flour, and salt, and the filling consists of seasonings, chicken, vegetables (green beans, peas, carrots) and heavy cream. Once people have their mini pie crusts filled, they simply bake them in a pre-heated oven of 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
