I’ve heard quinoa is high in protein. Is there more information?

Most grains are not known for their high protein content but quinoa actually does have a lot of protein. Lack of important amino acids cause a lot of grains to lack protein. Quinoa has these important amino acids which makes it a grain great for protein. People will get enough protein and nutrition from quinoa that they most likely won’t get from other grains. It’s probably best that people stick with quinoa and avoid other grains.
