Do some pre-spring cleaning – It’s not quite spring yet, but you can get a head start on your spring cleaning. Emptying out closets, washing walls and cleaning ceiling fan blades are all activities that can help keep you active and burn a few calories in the process.

Exercise during commercials or during a television show – Walking on a treadmill, or even walking in place, during every commercial while watching a movie or show can boost your heart rate and help you get the physical activity you need to start losing weight.
