Busting The Vegan Myth – positive and negative

If you are wondering what it really means to be vegan there are a lot of things you don’t know or thought you knew that are false. Many people say that meat causes disease. That is simply not true. Eating to much of meat may higher your cholesterol but eating small amounts of lean and healthy meats will not make you sick. Also, vegans don’t have to survive on tons of carbs, there are plenty of low carb options. Vegans are not always the most healthy it really depends on what you are eating.
